The Thurston First Bank team is passionate about cultivating personal, one-on-one relationships with their business banking clients. To do this, they listen closely to their clients in order to learn as much as possible about their business.
To help them energize their communications, we developed a tagline to convey their “full relationship bank” philosophy with a statement that decisively sets them apart from other banks: "We're askers, not tellers."
But to truly connect clients with the Thurston First brand, we created a brochure that put the message into action. The well-received eight-page brochure uses a warm, welcoming color palette, bold images and plenty of white space to create a sophisticated, modern feel that visually emphasizes the bank's business values.
As added brand reinforcement, a comprehensive website was built around their newly developed visual identity, complete with an attractive, straightforward Flash animation on the homepage.
By taking a step back and listening to what their own brand was trying to say, Thurston First fine-tuned their messaging and strengthened their connection with clients.
