Luxottica
Luxottica—the parent company of sub-brands such as LensCrafters, Pearl Vision, Target Optical and more—approached Real Art to create a program that would unite the training that all Luxottica associates receive. Challenged to create the “next big thing” in e-learning, we developed a user experience that maximizes learning through a highly engaging presentation and then reinforces the information through interaction. Working with content experts from Luxottica, we created a solution that uses more Flash interactions than traditional online training, strengthening the concepts presented to the associates.
